Smoking is not permitted inside the building; however areas are provided outside for our guests.
What is the cost to rent the Wedding Barn or Party Room or Bridal Suites at Metzger Gardens Event Venue?
The cost varies upon the type of rental and what additional services are added.
The cost of the Wedding Barn is $1750. The wedding barn rental includes use of the courtyard garden, church pew seating and wedding arbor of the bride’s choice. The Wedding Barn offers 20 pews that seat up to 160 guests with an additional 100 metal folding chairs for your use. Guest capacity of the wedding barn is 300. (Additional chairs may be rented from Manchester Rental; our preferred local vendor for all rentals).
In-house florist services are available; inquiries welcome.
Party Room: For PARTIAL-DAY events, 5 hours or less (these generally include bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, business meetings, etc.), this includes HALF of the party room and the base fee is $350. This price includes tables and chairs, restrooms & the warming kitchen. Partial rentals are for up to 100 guests.
Party Room: For FULL-DAY events, 5+ hours (weddings, reunions, etc.), the base fee is $1750 for the entire party room. This price includes *tables and chairs, the warming kitchen, restrooms, and dance floor area. 100-300 guests. In-house florist services are available; inquiries welcome.
*Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
The Metzger Gardens Venue Party Room offers 228 banquet-style chairs, (18) six-foot rectangle tables, and (2) eight-foot food serving tables available for use by the renter (additional tables, chairs and table linens can be rented at our preferred local vendor Manchester Rental.) Guest capacity is 300.
The Bridal Suites are a new addition to the venue and can be rented for the day of the wedding for your getting-ready needs($500 for the day and both suites are included). The Bride’s Suite includes a kitchenette, 3 make-up/hair stations, a changing room and a comfortable living room area to relax. The Groom’s Den includes a kitchenette, comfortable living room area and game/pool table as well as an outdoor patio area to relax, play cards and enjoy a drink.

How do I reserve my date?
Call or stop into our office during regular business hours. For a partial-day rental, $100.00 and a signed rental agreement will hold your date. For a full-day event rental, a 50% down payment and a signed rental agreement will hold your event date.
